Acceptable Use Policy
Activities and content that are not permitted on LandQuest.
LandQuest is operated from Portugal.
1. Illegal, dangerous or abusive conduct
Do not facilitate crime, fraud, violence, trafficking, exploitation, trespass, theft, unlawful border crossing, environmental offences or evasion of road, customs, camping or protected-area rules. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, expose private data, exploit minors or provide instructions intended to cause serious harm.
2. Deception and platform manipulation
Do not impersonate people or authorities; falsely claim identity, ownership, availability, qualifications, insurance, verification or sponsorship; publish deceptive listings, routes, prices or rewards; create fake accounts; buy engagement; coordinate false reviews; evade enforcement; or manipulate search, ranking, membership or Quest systems.
3. Systems, data and automation
Do not introduce malware, probe or bypass authentication or authorization, defeat rate limits, access data without permission, scrape personal data or content at scale, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected systems, or use automation contrary to published technical rules. Good-faith security reports should be sent to security@landquest.app.
4. Routes, tracking and commerce
Do not track a person or vehicle without lawful authority and informed permission; publish sensitive locations likely to create safety or conservation risks; knowingly distribute false hazard information; offer unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit or stolen goods; evade taxes or consumer duties; or misuse bookings, payments, refunds, deposits, rentals or promotions.
5. Enforcement
LandQuest may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts or report conduct to competent authorities. Attempts to help another person violate this Policy are also prohibited. Reports may be sent to abuse@landquest.app.
