Standards for safe, useful and respectful participation.
LandQuest is operated from Portugal.
1. Respect people and consent
Treat others with dignity. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against or dehumanize people. Respect personal boundaries, privacy, pronouns and consent online and during expeditions, clubs, rentals, stays and other real-world encounters. Never sexualize or exploit minors or share intimate material without consent.
3. Travel and gather responsibly
Follow access rules, local laws, permits, environmental restrictions and organizer instructions. Do not encourage trespass, reckless driving, wildlife disturbance, environmental damage or interference with emergency responders. Prepare for weather, terrain, communication loss and the needs of other participants.
4. Protect communities and sensitive places
Do not expose homes, vulnerable travellers, culturally sensitive sites, endangered habitats or locations likely to attract theft, damage or overcrowding. Club and organization leaders must apply fair governance, protect member data and address safety concerns without retaliation.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse to abuse@landquest.app and immediate danger to local emergency services. LandQuest considers context, severity, repetition and risk and may warn users, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts. Where applicable, users receive reasons and an opportunity to appeal.
